Dream and diversions

Dreams as described in the last posting occur during sleep. There's another perspective to dreams. Dreams while one is wide awake.

Dreams then can be either ones that set goals or directions for concerted effort or ones that divert one's thought at that point in time. The former have been making their ways into books and the likes - like those who have made their first hundred millions before they reach 30 - for other to wonder or emulate.

The latter describes a common "past-time" - a common way of passing time. Hardly anybody goes through life without indulging in dreaming - daydreaming.

Daydreaming is a MISNOMER. Daydream does not serve its purpose in daytime. It is also good at night. Maybe even better!

Do you remember the nights that you just cannot fall asleep and simply shift your gears towards a world beyond reality. You can then be more than whatever that constrains you to be whatever you are. You can appear more manly or womanly or whatever-ly in your pursuit of that boy/man/girl/woman's attention. In this instance you will have no problem or any obstacles are just a set of minor setback that will just add more colour to the whole episode.

Aaahhhhhhh........ Life would be so bland or unberable without such diversions...
